Tapas dinner


Abby and I made dinner for our family for 4th of july. We made a bunch of different appetizers instead of bigmeal.

First we had water
melon margaritas ..
ingredients:
watermelon
triple sec
tequila

blend together and freeze for a few hours







Then we had a hummus platter with endive and pita bread for dipping


















quinoa falafels with greek yogurt dipping sauce



















Grilled polenta with sauteed spinach and goat cheese














Bean, corn and avocado dip
